Fallout 3 Trophy Guide

Fallout 3 Thumbs

Speaking of Fallout, I just recently achieved my platinum trophy for Fallout 3. After struggling through without a real in-depth guide to follow I decided to do one myself. I was in the heat of the moment after completion and started writing my guide and giving my tips on how best to complete every quest and obtain that elusive platinum trophy. If like me you are also still fighting for that goal then this is your place. Its our first “official” trophy guide here at Beyond The D-Pad but expect that to change in the near future. Feel free to leave any comments or suggestions in the comment section below. So take a gander at the guide and get out there and start hunting.

New Fallout Announced

5 05 2009

Fallout 3

I am sure you have already heard since the news is already old, but I wanted to give my thoughts on the release as well. For those of you who haven’t heard or are unaware Bethesda recently announced a new addition to the Fallout world. The new game will be available next year for the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 and will be called Fallout: New Vegas. Not much else has been released about the game. We do know that it will be developed by Obsidian Entertainment and is not a sequel to Fallout 3 nor will it interfere with any future installments of the series. Obsidian Entertainment appears to be a good fit considering some of the current team worked on the original Fallout games. The team is known mainly for its work on Knights of the Old Republic II and Neverwinter Nights II.

To check out my opinion of the news release continue reading below.

I recently had a question posed to me from a non gamer that on the surface appeared easy. But after some thought I found myself asking the same question.
